You’re more beautiful than you think

This last week I’ve had a family member and a good work colleague diagnosed with cancer. They’re both strong and beautiful women. One is a teacher, one is a mother, one is a successful consultant, both are wives.

It’s at times like these that words fail me and in a period where the focus has been on the abuse and mistreatment of women, this seems like yet another onslaught…

This Dove campaign strikes a beautiful cord with what we as women (and some men) often fail to find;  that we are more beautiful than we think and that we are enough.
