Coaching & Facilitation Tools

We make use of a number of tools in our coaching and facilitation work:

  • The Clarity 4D™ profile – an online, Jung-based tool which speaks about preferences in the language of colour. 1-2 day programmes are run for teams to build better working relationships.
  • Total SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory)™ an online, colour-based tool which defines underlying motivations for behaviour and explains what happens in conflict. 1-2 day programmes are run for teams to build better working relationships.

Karen has received advanced facilitation certification through the Dalmau network and First Facilitation and makes use of a number of their tools and methodologies.She is an accredited facilitator of the Purposeful Teams™ programme (Worldsview), an accredited Participlan™ facilitator and an Assessor with the services SETA
